Hi there! This is my blog! You're reading it! That excites me!

If you've found this page on your own, it probably means you're here from my Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and you probably already know who I am. If not, the Contact and Details section of the site should give you a better idea. But in the interest of having a proper introduction to things, my name is Yelena and this is my blog, CULTURETAP. Or CultureTap. Or Culture Tap. Whatever you like, really.

I'll keep it short and sweet since I've already explained myself in other parts of the site, but basically, this is a blog that was born out of my desire to practice writing (which I love) and to talk about all the stupid things I enjoy, which is mostly movies, video games, comics and music. I used to do this on Facebook, but I think this is a better place to let all of my passions live free. The site is still "under construction" as I am not immediately a master at website building, but I hope you like my stuff nonetheless!
